El gran descubrimiento de este año en la sierra de Madrid, ha sido sin lugar a dudas la zona del Puerto de Abantos y el Arboreto Luis Ceballos. He acudido hasta un total de tres veces al lugar, recomendado por Óscar, con el que también compartí una agradable jornada de pajareo.
The great discovery of this year in the Sierra de Madrid, has undoubtedly been the area of Abantos Mountain´s Port and "Luis Ceballos" forest. I have gone there a total of three times, recommended by Óscar, with whom I also enjoyed a good day of birdwatching.
Lugar perfecto para darse una vuelta sin gran desnivel y perfecto para aprender a identificar las diferentes especies de currucas y escribanos, tanto por observación directa como por canto.
A perfect place to go for a walk without great slope and perfect to learn to identify the different species of warblers and buntings, both of them by direct observation or singing.
